Goal: Promotion, research and development of Open Content. Leading innovation in intellectual property is a strategic social, cultural and economic objective. Luxcommons's first instrument of choice is the Creative Commons Licence. The luxembourgish CCPL licences will be launched on the 15th october 2007. Registration for the launch event is free, but registration desired. Link to register. Please use the Belgian, French, German or other available jurisdictions until then: CreativeCommons.org

Buts: Recherche, développement et promotion du contenu libre. Dynamiser un mouvement d'innovation dans le domaine de la propriété intellectuelle est notre objectif social, culturel et économique. Le premier instrument choisi par Luxcommons est la licence Creative Commons, dont la version luxembourgeoise sera lancée le 15 octobre 2007. La participation à la conférence de lancement est gratuite mais l'inscription est souhaitée. Lien pour s'inscrire. Jusqu'à cette date, veuillez utiliser les versions belge, française, allemande ou une autre jurisdiction disponible. CreativeCommons.org.

Ziele sind Förderung, Erforschung und Entwicklung von sogenannten 'Offenen Inhalten'. Innovation im Bereich des 'Geistigen Eigentums' ist ein strategisches wirtschaftliches, soziales und kulturelles Ziel in der Informationsgesellschaft. Als erstes Instrument haben wir die Creative Commons Lizenz gewählt. Die luxemburgische Fassung wird am 15.Oktober offiziell angeboten. Die Teilnahme an der Launch-Konferenz ist gratis, eine Anmeldung jedoch erwünscht. Link zur Anmeldung. Bis zur Verfügbarkeit der Luxemburger Lizenzen, benutzen sie bitte die deutsche, französische, englische oder andere verfügbare Jurisdiktion auf CreativeCommons.org.
